When evening falls on the historic center of Niort, our 19th century vaulted cellar or our speakeasy becomes the setting for a special moment reserved for our guests.
Our table d'hôtes celebrates generous, seasonal cuisine inspired by local produce. In an intimate atmosphere, only a few guests take their seats around the table to share a dinner where encounters blend with flavors.
Far from traditional restaurants, we wish to offer a genuine moment of conviviality in a place steeped in history, where one takes the time to savor both the food and the conversations.
Because the best travel memories are often created around a table.
We also offer wine or whisky tasting dinners (feel free to contact us).
